Winter Weather on its Way

So much for March coming in like a lion and leaving like a lamb. The April showers are coming but in all likelihood they will be mixed with what is hoped to be the last blast of snow this seemingly endless winter. Disclaimer– this is not an April Fool’s Joke!

Here’s the breakdown: A winter storm warning is in effect for the entire state from midnight tonight into Friday. The Southern counties and higher elevations are forecast to receive the greatest accumulations, over a foot in some areas. The rest of the state could see anywhere from three to 10 inches. This storm is likely to bring with it a mix of snow and ice, presenting hazardous road conditions.
