OSHA Yearly Summary Sheets Need to be Displayed Starting Today

Today is the day that all OSHA yearly summary sheets (form 300A) need to be posted in the workplace until April 30. This information from OSHA describes the Log of Work-Related Injuries and illnesses (Form 300) and the yearly summary (Form 300A). Both forms are included in the document. It breaks down what should and what should not be recorded and how it should be recorded in the log. Both forms do not need to be sent to OSHA at the end of the year, unless specifically asked to do so.
